Welcome to cellular signal strength, developed by Nikhil Kumar (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use Tower Signal Finder. By using our app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app.
License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use cellular signal strength for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
Note: cellular signal strength does not require account creation. Premium features are available through in-app purchases processed by Apple. We offer weekly and lifetime subscription options.
Platform Availability: cellular signal strength is currently available exclusively on the Apple App Store for iOS devices. All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Auto-Renewal: Weekly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: Manage or cancel your subscription through: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device.
All purchases and subscriptions for cellular signal strength are processed through Apple's App Store. As such, refunds are handled exclusively by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
Important Notes:
By making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple. This helps Apple make informed decisions on refund requests. The data may include how you accessed and interacted with premium features, duration and frequency of usage, and subscription activation dates.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
All content, features, functionality, design elements, graphics, logos, and trademarks within cellular signal strength are the exclusive property of the Service Provider or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the Application or its content. This license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms.

We use OpenCelliD's global database to provide cellular tower information. Your location queries are sent to OpenCelliD's servers.

App distribution, in-app purchases, and subscription management are handled by Apple. Apple's terms and policies apply to these services.

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. You may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage or other third-party charges.
cellular signal strength is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of tower data, uninterrupted operation, or security of data transmission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any:
Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Data Accuracy: Tower locations and signal information are sourced from third-party databases and may not be 100% accurate or up-to-date. We make no guarantees about data accuracy.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service Provider and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees arising out of or relating to:

Note: Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your Apple ID settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse the app, or violate applicable laws.
The Service Provider may update the application at some point. You agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you.
The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
Your continued use of cellular signal strength after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the app and cancel your subscription.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of Tower Signal Finder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider regarding the use of cellular signal strength and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including to any successor or affiliate.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or internet/telecommunications failures.
You may not use, export, or re-export cellular signal strength in violation of any applicable export laws or regulations, including but not limited to United States export laws. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.
These Terms are written in English. Any translated versions are provided for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
